Terms of Service

The terms you agree to when using this portal.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the University of Gold Coast ("UGC", "we", "us") admissions portal (the "Portal"), including creating an account, browsing programmes, and submitting an application. By using the Portal, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to apply to a programme. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Information you provide during signup and in your application must be accurate and complete - submitting false or misleading information may result in your application being rejected, or an offer of admission being withdrawn.

3. Applications and Application Fees

An application is not considered complete, and will not be reviewed by our admissions team, until the applicable application fee has been paid in full. Application fees are processed securely through our payment partner, Paystack, and are generally non-refundable except where required by law or at UGC's discretion.

4. Admission Decisions

Submitting an application, or paying the application fee, does not guarantee admission. Admission decisions are made at UGC's discretion based on our published entry requirements and the information provided in your application. Approved applicants will be issued an official admission letter through the Portal.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Provide false information in your account or application.
  • Attempt to access another applicant's account or data.
  • Use the Portal for any purpose other than applying to a UGC programme.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Portal.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Portal - including text, branding, and programme materials - is the property of the University of Gold Coast and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Portal after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
